Abstract:

Merlot wines are full of fruity, delicate wines, the variety being of French origin from the Bordeaux area.
Merlot wine from Șarba / Odobești, harvested in 2019, has a special quality, being ideal to be used as such or in combination with plant extracts. Polyphenols do not have high values, so they are used to prepare appetizers.
